Wendy Polins is an Architect and Interior Designer whose work represents a true integration of the disciplines of building, the creation of space and the creative use of color, light and form. Her work is also characterized by an artistic vision and rigor that affects decision making throughout the design and development process. It is her belief that great design significantly affects the quality of life of those inhabiting a space, be it residential or commercial application.

Careful design considerations are given to materials, budget, time and the specific needs of each individual project in order to create a solution that surpasses the stated desires of each client. Additionally, the design team specializes in complete project management from conception to finished product. The firm’s principal architect and designer is Wendy Polins. Wendy holds a Masters degree in Architecture from Columbia University and has significant experience in residential, commercial, healthcare and hospitality architecture and interiors. She provides expertise and design from small projects, custom furniture design to large scale renovations and new construction.
